    Property & Expansion

    Leo’s playcenter is in an expansion phase and plans to open six to eight new playcenters each year, with the goal of growing to 100 playcenters. With over 65 playcenters in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, Leo’s Group is the largest and most visited playcenter chain in the Nordic countries. The company is now looking south, particularly to Germany. The first playcenter opened in Bremen in the fourth quarter of 2019.

    Our requirements

    Facilities: 4.000 – 5.000 square meters
    Plots: between 8.000 – 12.000 square meters for the construction of halls
    Parking spaces: approx. 250 parking spaces
    Interior ceiling: about 7 meters free height

    Where we search

    We are currently looking for locations in Germany in cities such as Kiel, Lübeck, Flensburg, Hamburg, Berlin, Bremen, Cologne, Rostock, Hanover, Dortmund and Frankfurt.

    We are also looking for new locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
