Below you will find the general terms and conditions for the competitions of Leo’s Abenteuerpark GmbH (c/o Leo’s AB Köpmangatan 30/417/50133 with the subsidiaries Leo’s Abenteuerpark, also referred to as Leo’s in the text) published by us via our own communication channels or via those of third-party providers. By participating in a competition, you agree to our competition terms and conditions. These Contest Terms and Conditions apply unless otherwise stated in a specific Contest Post (defined below). In the event of any inconsistency between a Contest Post and these Contest Terms and Conditions, the Contest Post shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions.
Specific terms and conditions for the Contest
The specific terms and conditions for each competition and the potential win/prize will be announced in the competition post published by Leo’s via the appropriate channel, i.e. social media, leosabenteuerpark.de or any other of our communication channels. The competition lasts for the period specified in the competition post. Entries received by Leo’s after the end of the competition will not be considered for the competition. Leo’s is not responsible for any technical or other problems that may affect participation in the competition or affect the outcome of the competition.
How do we handle your personal data?
By entering a competition, a family account will be created in our members club. You can find out more about how we handle your personal data here.
Who can enter the competition?
Participants must be 18 years old or have parental consent to take part in the competition and be resident in Germany. The winner will be contacted personally by phone or email. The names of winners will be announced via our public communication channels.

How will the winner be chosen?
Unless otherwise stated, Leo’s employees will select the winners. The decision does not have to be justified and cannot be contested. The prize cannot be exchanged. The winner is responsible for paying any taxes that may be associated with the prize. If, after reasonable efforts, Leo’s is unable to contact the winner by email within two weeks of the end of the competition, or if the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements for the competition, Leo’s reserves the right to select a new winner where possible. Leo’s employees are not eligible to enter the competition.
Leo’s reserves the right to exclude entries from the competition without notifying the entrant if Leo’s believes that the entrant is not complying with the competition rules or if the entry is deemed illegal, offensive or otherwise ethically or morally inappropriate. These competition rules are governed by Swedish law. All disputes will be decided by the Swedish courts, with the Stockholm District Court being the court of first instance.
Specific to competitions in public communication channels (social media)
If competitions are published on public communication channels, they are in no way sponsored, approved or administered by or associated with the chosen social media platform (such as Facebook or Instagram). To enter the competition, you must have a public profile. Your social media profile must also have been created in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective platform. For example, you must have a full version of Instagram/Facebook.
